1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or utilizing the LocalDealz mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

LocalDealz operates a micro-vicinity deal discovery platform connecting shoppers with real-time flash deals, proximity discounts, and store promotions posted by verified neighborhood merchants across Mumbai.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating a user or merchant account on LocalDealz, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and mobile device.
• All activities conducted under your registered user profile.
• Promptly notifying our support team of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Platform Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent promotional activities.
• Attempt to manipulate GPS proximity calculations or bypass radius limits.
• Create duplicate accounts to exploit limited flash deal quantities.
• Interfere with platform infrastructure or reverse-engineer API endpoints.

5. Merchant Deals & Offer Availability

All flash deals and promotions listed on LocalDealz are published directly by independent merchant store owners. LocalDealz acts as an informational discovery directory and is not responsible for store inventory, product fulfillment, or merchant service quality. All deal redemptions are subject to the participating merchant's operational hours and stock availability.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The LocalDealz brand, software, logos, algorithms, and content architecture are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users and merchants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the platform for personal deal discovery or store promotion.

7. Limitation of Liability

LocalDealz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from store offer cancellations, merchant closures, or technical interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
